The approved PRD and migration blueprint define scope. The launch target is English at the root, United States primary, and USD. Canada/CAD and French-on-US are readiness fixtures.
Use the state ledger for current work and evidence. Follow the repository’s prototype-sync skill and pnpm handoff:check before any sync. Media and story-order exports require an explicitly reviewed production snapshot; a local pre-pull backup is not a production snapshot. A handoff or specification update does not advance the runtime pin or establish acceptance.
